Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using Nodle’s website and product (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity, or infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Upload content you have no right to share, including others’ confidential information or personal data you lack a lawful basis to process. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record meetings or process participants’ personal information.
- Post or transmit harmful content, including malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers others.
- Submit sensitive data that the Service is not intended to handle (for example, payment card data, government identifiers, or special-category health data) unless expressly agreed in writing.
Security and integrity
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under an authorized security program;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through denial-of-service attacks or excessive load;
- circumvent authentication, rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
Misuse of AI features
You may not:
- use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates this AUP or third-party AI providers’ usage policies;
- attempt to manipulate AI systems to produce prohibited output or to extract another party’s confidential data; or
- represent AI Output as professional engineering, legal, financial, or safety advice without independent verification.
Automated access and fair use
Use of the Service must stay within any documented or reasonable usage limits. Automated or high-volume access (including scraping or bulk operations) is only permitted through interfaces we provide for that purpose and within applicable limits.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the Service or its users.
