Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Nodle (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, when you use our website and product (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files placed on your device. “Local storage” and similar technologies let a website store information in your browser. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

How we use them

We use a deliberately minimal set. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad/marketing trackers.

  • Strictly necessary (essential). Required for the Service to work — for example, to sign you in and keep your session secure (managed through our authentication provider) and to remember basic preferences such as light/dark theme. These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.
  • Functional and performance. Used by our error- and performance-monitoring provider (Sentry) to detect crashes and diagnose problems so we can keep the Service reliable. In session recordings, text input is masked and media is blocked. This helps us operate and improve the Service.

For details of the providers involved, see our Sub-processors page.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies and honor your choices.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
